Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Returns within Germany

For returns, we will provide you with a return label upon request.
The cost for this is €17.50, which we will deduct from your refund.

Please note:

- Returns are only possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

- The goods should be returned in perfect condition and – if possible – in the original packaging.

Custom-made items & rings

Individually manufactured pieces of jewelry (e.g. rings in special sizes) are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offer you the option of returning these items in exchange for a voucher.

If your ring size does not fit, we offer ring resizing:

- Deductible: 45 €

- Plus shipping fee: 17,50 €

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount (less the above-mentioned costs) using the same payment method you used to place your order.
