If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day when you received your package to make a return or exchange. Items must be in original condition with the original seal attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges when the seal has been removed or damaged. Please use the following template to send back your purchase. As our goods have to be insured, they have to be sent with DHL and through us.
Please fill in your invoice number, your name and contact. We will send you a confirmation and a DHL return label for the shipment via Email.
