Choosing a piece of real gold jewelry is a significant choice. Therefore, take the time to ensure that your chosen piece is not only aesthetically pleasing but also perfectly complements your individual style.

HOW IT WORKS
1. TRY ON INSTEAD OF BUYING
You decide to use the fitting service! Click on a
Try-on piece of jewelry and order up to 3 products regularly. After receiving the jewelry, you have
5 working days to try it on and test it.
2. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
To use the service, you will need to deposit 50% of the purchase price , excluding the €40 return shipping fee. You will receive your selected piece of jewelry within 2-3 business days.
3. PURCHASE DECISION
Have you fallen in love?
If you choose the piece of jewelry, you can keep it immediately . We will then send you the final invoice with the full price, minus the shipping fee of €40.

4. RETURN
Still not sure?
To do so, please return the piece of jewelry to us within 5 business days . We will provide you with a return shipping label. The purchase price you deposited will also be refunded within the next 5 business days .

Since we ship unique, handcrafted pieces made of 18-karat gold and precious gemstones, we require a security deposit from you for security reasons. If you decide against the piece of jewelry at the end of the trial period, you will receive a full refund*.

If you choose the piece of jewelry you selected, the €40 shipping fee will be credited to your final invoice. This means we will cover these costs.
If you do not wish to keep the piece of jewelry and return it to us, you will pay the return shipping costs already calculated at the beginning.
After your order is confirmed, we will prepare the piece of jewelry for shipping. It should arrive within 1-2 business days.
Rings are arguably the most individual piece of jewelry due to their various sizes. Due to the precision fit that must be ensured, we are currently unable to offer this service. However, we are working on making it possible for you to order rings to try on at home in the future!
After receiving the invoice, you have 14 days to pay it.
Since we always ship our jewelry with insurance, everyone is safe. If you return a piece of jewelry to us with the label we created, we recommend that you keep the receipt.
In any case, you will receive your 50% deposit back.
It is currently possible to order up to a maximum of 3 "try before you buy".
